Where classic games meet industrial design.

Sydney-based industrial designer Ashley Corbett-Smith has released a new series of luxury classic game sets, from childhood classics to more challenging favourites.

Designed and finished by hand in Sydney, Australia, this limited collection combines industrial design with the joy of gameplay to elevate four traditional games.

Crafted from premium materials such as brass, onyx, quartz, glass, rich walnut and rock maple timber, each set is meticulously designed - from precision-machined solid brass tokens, to the handcrafted wooden cases.

Bespoke brass tokens and dice are included with each set, or are also available separately to add to existing game collections at home.

Background.

Ashley Corbett-Smith's love for board games inspired this collection, born from a desire to create keepsake items that double as interactive art pieces for the home. 

“I grew up playing all manner of board and card games with my parents, I hadn’t seen anything quite like this before and wanted to design something special—pieces that spark conversation, engage the mind, and stand the test of time."

Concept.

Rooted in an industrial design-led process, the games series uses quality and luxurious materials to create long-lasting statement pieces. 

Each set reflects a collaborative effort with long term suppliers and local makers, including Sydney-based furniture makers Paradox Movement, photographer Ben Murphy, and stylist and art director Anna Delprat capturing the essence of the products.

	Backgammon Set in Solid Brass and Walnut A luxurious brass board enclosed in a walnut case. Once the game is finished, the tokens and dice seamlessly slot back into place, transforming the board into a display piece.
	Backgammon Roll in Brass, Leather and Black Resin Featuring a laser-etched leather roll, hand-stitched and set into a gloss black resin holder, this portable set comes with slots to securely hold the solid brass tokens and dice.
	Tower Blocks in Green Onyx and Rock Maple Timber 51 handcrafted green onyx or rock maple timber tower blocks housed in a walnut and brass case with magnetic closure.
	Solitaire Set in Rose Quartz, Solid Brass or Obsidian Glass Inspired by the 1697 version of Solitaire from the court of King Louis XIV, this set elevates the game into a visual masterpiece
	Brass Tokens and Dice These solid brass tokens and dice are available to complement any existing backgammon board.
